A 4 course dinner will be paired with current and rare library vintages of Stratus’ signature wines, Stratus Red and Stratus White. These wines capture the essence of the Stratus vineyard and have quickly become benchmarks on the Canadian wine scene. They are known for their complexity, intensity, ability to age for long periods, and are above all else, unique expressions of the land on which they are grown.
